Woodbridge Neighborhood Development (WND) is dedicated to creating a diverse vibrant residential and commercial urban environment by eliminating blight and expanding housing opportunities through rehabilitation and new construction. Neighborhood improvement, including the removal of blight, minor home repair on blighted homes, vacant land planning, development of affordable housing, community organizing and communication, and block focused resident programs and communication.
