The American Legion Post 108 in Cheverly, MD is a 501 (c) 19 Not for Profit, Community Based, Non-Partisan, Patriotic, Veterans Service Organization. The American Legion in Cheverly Maryland continued to help our Veterans and the youth of our area. We sponsor the Boy Scouts and the Cub Scouts and allow them to use our building free of charge. We also work with numerous civic organizations to make our community stronger and more patriotic. We contributed to the local church Saint Ambrose, sponsored the local boys and girls sports club, and sponsored boys to the American Legion's Boy's State in Maryland.
