Dokua Smith Foundation: Our mission is to raise funds to create an Philanthropic Education Scholarship Fund to support refugee children and the disadvantaged children in San Diego county to attain University degrees or Vocational (Trade School) certifications. These children are in San Diego and will grow up to become part of the society. It is up to every citizen of the County to donate to the fund so these children do not become second-class citizens. These children have potential.
