Space City Development Team Space City Development Team is a Domestic Elite cycling team based out of Texas. Our team is focuses on U23 development and nationallevel road criterium and gravel races. The U23 Development Team was founded in 2013 as a nonprofit 501c3 organization committed to developing youth and under23 aged riders both in terms of education performance and holistic development. In 2021 and 2022 we raced a full national calendar race schedule in the American Criterium Cup and USA Crits.
