We're a network of consumers, patients, businesses, providers & neighbors across the U.S. that support market-based solutions & choice in American health care. The Health Action Network is a broad coalition – patients, health care providers, and health care ALL individuals in health care -- patients, families and staff -- can take positive, practical action to overcome serious and chronic illness and pain, regardless of how paralyzed they feel or overwhelming it seems. Bringing this action about requires a focus and blend of inspiration and information that simply does not exist. This absence is contributing to individuals feeling paralyzed and hopeless, and to a health care crisis of massive proportions and growing. The Health Action Network was founded in 1996 to fill this gap.
