Home - Fathers & Families Support Center Our Services Men and women enrolled in Family Formation Program commit to an extremely challenging full day sixweek program emerging with the abilities and skills necessary to be the actively involved responsible parents that their children need and deserve. This remarkable program is recognized nationwide as the most effective of its kind. After completing the course graduates receive followup support and services for a period of one year. Participants in FFSCs Employment Development Mentoring Program focus on job skills and readiness and job retention strategies with an eye toward job placement.
