How it works: ✨Regulates the nervous system: Qigong activates the parasympathetic ("rest and digest") response, which lowers stress hormones like cortisol. Chronic stress is a well-known trigger for systemic inflammation. ✨Improves circulation and lymph flow: Gentle, flowing movements help stimulate blood flow and support the lymphatic system, which plays a key role in immune function and clearing out inflammatory waste.
