🇺🇸 City Memorial Day Schedule! ♻️ Monday's recycling is moved to Wednesday, May 28. Tuesday's recycling will be collected on schedule. Changes are coming to our waste collection schedule on July 7, 2025! To make your life easier and save tax dollars, we are changing the days we collect trash, recycling, and yard waste. Based on your voting ward, trash and recycling will now be collected on the same day (but still by different trucks). Ward 1 will be collected on Mondays, Ward 2 on Tuesdays, Ward 3 on Wednesdays, and Ward 4 on Thursdays. Friday will be a city-wide yard waste collection day. • Trash and recycling will be collected on the same day. • Collection day will be determined by your voting ward. • All yard waste will be collected on Fridays. • Old Town collections will stay the same. 👉 Find your new collection days: www.winchesterva.gov/trash-changes (fb)
