Divide County Area Dollars for Scholars What is Divide County Area Dollars for Scholars. The Divide County Area Dollars for Scholars was founded in 1992 by Ken Engberg. In its first twentynine years the group has awarded a total of 1099860 through1360 scholarships to students graduating from Divide County High School in Crosby North Dakota. Our mission is to provide students from our community with the opportunity to pursue postsecondary education.
