Breakthrough (Episcopal Social Services, Inc.) is a broad-based 501(c)(3) social service agency meeting the changing needs of the homeless, unemployed, under-employed, those suffering from mental illness. We exist to raise awareness about the experience of living with severe and persistent mental illness, to end the cycle of poverty for those that seek our services, and build bridges for those who are lost.
