CTSS reduces the suffering from violence and trauma and promotes healing in our communities. Values: Providing access to healing and well-being. We provide healing support regardless of when the crime was committed. Empowering and educating. We offer trauma and wellness skills that empower victims/survivors to reestablish a sense of safety and control after a crime. Centering our work on survivors’ needs. Increasing individual and community safety. We recognize the humanity in everyone affected by crime, and provide avenues for meaningful accountability through our dialogue program. We believe this contributes to everyone’s well-being and safety. Embodying equity in our work with individuals and for systemic change. Amplifying victim/survivor voices and choices.

Center for Trauma Support Services After 10 years of being a unique healing resource in the community for trauma survivors particularly victims of violent crime we have made the difficult decision to close our doors due to a lack of resources to sustain our services. We are proud of the care and support we were able to provide and the role we played in the community amplifying the voices of marginalized survivors. We thank every community partner board member donor and supporter of our work that contributed to our success. As we bring this chapter to a close it is our sincere hope that you will continue to support efforts to ensure that trauma survivors have access to the healing resources they need in our community.
