Our amazing student team presented their completed battery cart at the UNC Charlotte College of Engineering Senior Design Expo, marking the end of the fourth year of Belmont Trolley’s sponsorship of this incredible program! Through our support, students have had the opportunity to dive deep into real-world STEM challenges—applying classroom knowledge to a hands-on project that will help power our fleet of historic trolley cars without the need for overhead lines.
