It shall be a notforprofit organization civic in its nature and intent and shall work for the benefit amusement education and enjoyment of amateur baseball and softball. bto instill the ideals of good sportsmanship fair play honesty loyalty and courage in the youth and parents who participate under the auspices of the organization. cto provide supervised athletic contests and activities and to assist in all ways to alleviate the problem of juvenile delinquency.
