Never Quit Dreaming where every child gets to shine NQD accommodates activities for special needs individuals living in Hawaii. Donate Today Welcome to Never Quit Dreaming NQD. In Hawaii special needs families feel hopeless at the lack of opportunities and resources they have for their children. As the first autism center in Hawaii NQD understands that every special needs individual deserves a chance to shine and we provide a supportive and inclusive environment for them to do just that.
