THIS SUPPORT IS PRIMARILY PROVIDED IN TWO WAYS: 1) DISTRIBUTION OF FINANCIAL "GESTURES" TO ASSIST WITH THE FINANCIAL BURDEN OF A CANCER DIAGNOSIS AND 2) OFFERING OF HEALTHY AND ACTIVE-LIVING ACTIVITIES (SURVIVE, THRIVE & BE FIT) TO ENCOURAGE PATIENTS AND SURVIVORS TO LIVE MORE FULLY FOLLOWING A CANCER DIAGNOSIS.
