Another ferry has capsized off the shore of Lake Victoria in Tanzania, so far 136 people have been confirmed dead so far. This is the third ferry tragedy tanzania has faced in the last 30 years. The lake zone is in dire need of water rescue units, I think it’s time we made that a priority.
