St Joseph County United Way
Our goal is to raise funds for a wide variety of health and social services, and distribute those funds effectively, based on the community’s needs. THE ST JOSEPH COUNTY UNITED WAY OPERATES FOR THE BENEFIT OF, AND IN CONNECTION WITH OTHER NON - PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS TO PROMOTE THE SOCIAL WELFARE OF THE COUNTY, TO ENCOURAGE COOPERATION AND COMMUNITY PLANNING AMONG THE CITIZENS OF THE COUNTY THROUGH THEIR CIVIC, BENEVOLENT, EDUCATIONAL, RELIGIOUS AND WELFARE AGENCIES, TO ENCOURAGE EFFICIENCY AND ECONOMY IN ALL SOCIAL AND CHARACTER BUILDING WORK, TO AVOID DUPLICATION OF EFFORT AND EXPENSE, TO ADVISE IN THE UNDERTAKING OF NEW WORK BY EXISTING.
