Mr. Eugene Exman, the Vice-President of Harper and Brothers (now Harper Collin Publishers), a renowned publishing house, on reading 'Ocean in A Tea Cup,' a book written by Mr. Ray Archer Hauserman, an American disciple of Sree Sree Thakur, flew all the way from America to just see for himself if what he had read was at all true. After a few days' stay at Deoghar and meeting Sree Sree Thakur and talking with him a number of times on a wide variety of subjects, he left for his country, an initiated disciple of Sree Sree Thakur in 1961 and convinced that there was much, much more to Sree Sree Thakur than what the pages of the book had given him an inkling of.Since the time of R. A. Hauserman and Eugene Exman there were home based Satsang Congregation in the USA which grew slowly to a scale of the present time. The demand of the time was to register an organization and move forward in more of a structured way.
