Smoketown Family Wellness Center Smoketown Family Wellness Center is a pediatric office that offers comprehensive care. We understand that it takes more than check ups to raise a healthy child. In addition to medical care, we offer behavioral health services and other support. SFWC has a vision that every child will grow up healthy, realizing their potential regardless of the neighborhood where they live. Our goal is to extend the life expectancy of a child born in Smoketown by 10 years and match the regional average life span. With the belief that all children deserve reliable healthcare, Smoketown Family Wellness Center provides clinical care to children in a community-based environment that offers healthy lifestyle support for the entire family.
