Daniela Iacob was named the first-quarter CEO Excellence Award Winner for 2025. Daniela was nominated by three of her peers who commented on her demonstration of exceptional leadership, innovative thinking and ability to tackle challenging situations with professionalism. Recently, following a staff member’s departure, she volunteered to fill in for the role without hesitation. One co-worker wrote, “It is rare that one employee can have such a direct financial and operational impact on CFC. I appreciate Daniela’s willingness to assist others and her collaborative spirit, which have fostered a positive and productive work environment at CFC.” The CEO Excellence Award program recognizes staff for their outstanding performance and exceptional commitment to CFC and its members. Nominations are accepted from staff and managers across the organization. Award recipients receive a cash award, special recognition and a prime parking space at CFC headquarters in Dulles, Virginia.
