BATA's Employee of the Month: Mindy! Mindy is one of our new full-time drivers and started working for BATA in January. She has joined our top 5 drivers in passenger count in a very short amount of time, averaging 42-48 rides each day. She has a busy route schedule and is always helpful picking up will-call passengers. Mindy brings a confident energy when it comes to helping passengers. She is also very aware of safety while working around passengers who need assistance. Mindy’s smile and witty humor really glows. The passengers often comment on how much they enjoy riding with our new driver Mindy. She’s had a group of senior ladies laughing the whole way to their destination! She also manages a school route every day with a calm coolness. She has fit in smoothly at BATA!
