THE ERISA INDUSTRY COMMITTEE (ERIC) WAS FORMED TO PROMOTE AND ADVANCE THE COMMON INTEREST AND WELFARE OF LARGE EMPLOYERS WHO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANS (REPRESENTING SOLELY THE PERSPECTIVE OF LARGE PLAN SPONSORS). IT IS THE ONLY (CONTINUED ON SCHEDULE O)NATIONAL ASSOCIATION THAT ADVOCATES EXCLUSIVELY FOR LARGE EMPLOYER PLAN SPONSORS ON HEALTH, RETIREMENT, PAID LEAVE, AND COMPENSATION PUBLIC POLICIES AT THE FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LEVELS.
