WHO WE ARE NEOHCED is a host organization to the Small Business Development Centers program the Northeast Ohio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and is the lead organization for the redevelopment and placemaking initiative La Villa Hispana THE CHAMBER For close to 40 years the Northeast Ohio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce has represented the Latino and nonLatino business community in Northeast Ohio by providing advocacy connections to diverse suppliers and buyers and networking opportunities. Our chamber actively promotes the economic growth development and interests of our membership portfolio and stakeholder alliances. THE BUSINESS CENTER The Hispanic Business Center HBC assists all business owners in achieving their goalsregardless of age race income level gender or company size.
