❤️ Robin Hood here with an urgent call out to our awesome supporters! We need your help! 🐱 We currently have a litter of baby kittens that are struggling. These babies came to us with no mother, and at an age where they struggle to switch over to foster care. ✨ ️Our Rock Star, Sandy Sischo Carpenter is their foster, and these babies have really worried us. She's tried all the obvious things to get them to eat, but they are in what we call "Failure To Thrive". They don't take to the bottle, and are not liking the food we provide. Sandy has watched them steadily lose weight in the weeks she's had them. 🐱 We've had many a nights long conversations as to what to do, "have you tried...." and "what about this?" We've done immune boosters, probiotics, about every food we can think of, even unconventional foods we'd never try first, canned chicken, table food, (one of mine once would only eat rotisserie chicken and macaroni and cheese 🤷‍♀️). They only eat just enough to not starve, but a steady weight loss isn't good. 👩‍⚕️So, we went to the Vet, he checked them over and gave antibiotics and recommended only Breeders Edge formula as far as formula goes, they will drink it out of a dish. They did like scrambled eggs for a bit too. 🐱 So, we're looking for: Breeders Edge Formula Royal Canin Mother and Baby Cat canned and dry kitten food Purina One dry and canned kitten food Gerber chicken or turkey baby food Blue wilderness canned kitten food ❤️These are all high calorie foods that we use to jump start their appetites again. Being taken from momma can cause severe depression in kittens, and thats part of what we're dealing with here. 🐱With your help we can get these kittens on the right track once again.
