Some of the behind the scenes stuff that is not so sexy like fixing barns that the pigs break and building storage rooms with temperature control so we can better store food and other essentials. It's all part of running more efficiently and providing for the animals better. It all takes resources to make these things possible, and sometimes people dont see all that it takes to run a sanctuary. 💗🐕SHELTER DOG SUNDAY🐕💗 Meet LONG and SORA. These two sweet pups are waiting for their forever families at Animal Care & Protective Services in downtown Jacksonville, FL. I (Jessie, Founder of EPIC Outreach) personally took LONG and SORA out for a Dog Day Out and took some of these photos with another friend. These two dogs ride well in a car, walk nice on a leash, and just crave to be a part of someone's life. They 💯 deserve the chance to find their forever. If you are seeking a new furry friend please consider these two dogs. 🐕💗🐕LONG and SORA are currently being kenneled together to help reduce their stress living in the shelter environment. Dogs are social animals and having a companion to hang out with and sleep with in a stressful environment helps to minimize the stress on each dog.
