Meet Elian 💙 Born with a severe case of craniosynostosis—a condition where the bones in a baby’s skull fuse too early—Elian faced serious risks to his vision, cognitive development, and overall health. Without surgery, the condition could have led to lasting complications and challenges. But thanks to Fresh Start Surgical Gifts and an extraordinary team of volunteer surgeons and medical staff, Dr. Josh Stone, Dr. Izabela Tarasiewicz, and University Health —Elian received the life-changing cranial surgery he desperately needed.
