Hi, welcome to our page . The Neighborhood Computer Network Center (NCNC) is a 501C3 Community Technology Center. NCNC will open to serve individuals in the Goldsboro community by offering Free computer based training. To bridge the Digital Divide by being responsive to the needs of the community by providing enhanced computer skills training resulting in economic empowerment through employment, continuing education, and entrepreneurial opportunities.
