Home: The Jeff Musser Foundation The Jeff Musser Foundation Our Mission Providing financial assistance to families in Lancaster and surrounding counties with children battling cancer. Thanks to all of you who supported the 2024 Jeff Musser Foundation Golf Classic the Cadillac Dinner selected us as an ExtraGive recipient held an event to benefit the Foundation or made a donation to help area families in need while their children are being treated for cancer. None of what we do is possible without your support and we sincerely thank you. Whats New.
