National Organization On Drug Induced Disorders Inc

Follow Message Edit

The mission of the National Organization for Drug-Induced Disorders is to promote education, awareness, and understanding of disorders brought on by the use of psychoactive drugs. This will be accomplished through innovative research, as well as by providing resources for medical professionals, the general public, and sufferers of these disorders. We recognize the need for an organization specifically geared towards this often forgotten patient population, NODID was formed in 2004 by two sufferers and has grown to include leading researchers in this field. NODID was created in response to the frustration and sense of isolation experienced by individuals with drug-induced disorders. NODID is dedicated to providing a definitive, accessible source for current, medically accurate information on the treatment and prevention of drug-induced psychiatric disorders.
