MHC of VA was created in 2001 inreaction to proposed legislation in Virginia that would have had a significant impact on land lease community owners. Since that time ourprimary focushas beentomonitor a wide variety of issues ranging from fair housing to zoning and construction codes. Over the years many of the issues with whichMHC of VA has become involved were brought to us by our membership.
