The Spokane Workforce Council is a non-profit organization whose mission is to elevate local workforce efforts with critical insights, researched guidance, innovative funding, and strategic partnership - so that we can cultivate a flourishing Spokane. SPOKANE AREA WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL DEVELOPS AND IMPLEMENTS THE FEDERAL WORKFORCE INNOVATION AND OPPORTUNITY ACT IN SPOKANE COUNTY. THIS INVOLVES EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING SERVICES FOR JOB SEEKERS AND JOB REFERRALS FOR EMPLOYERS. WE MAKE STRATEGIC PUBLIC (CONTINUED ON SCH O)
