THE LITERACY COUNCIL OF KINGSPORT'S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE FREE, ONE-ON-ONE TUTORING FOR ADULTS AND QUALIFIED CHILDREN TO IMPROVE THEIR READING AND WRITING SKILLS. WE ALSO ADVOCATE FOR LITERACY WITHIN THE GREATER KINGSPORT COMMUNITY.
