Members from 42 Civil Air Patrol wings recently submitted more than 4,500 cloud/aviation weather observations using The GLOBE Program GLOBE Observer app on our second Observation Day this year. NASA’s GLOBE Program is a long-standing citizen science effort to advance Earth system science through widespread data collection and analysis while building valuable skills in STEM, data literacy, critical thinking, problem-solving, and more.
