Our experienced coaches, Aaron Jung and Jodi DeVaal, will guide athletes (with any level of experience) through an 8-week program offered in both Watertown and Castlewood. New in 2025: - Warrior Strength session for 7-12th graders offered at the Castlewood Wellness Depot - College Prep session for high school grads with signed letters of intent at Watertown HS Registration for both Arrow Strength and Warrior Strength programs opens Friday, April 11th.
