Rescue | Advocate | Educate | Don't Discriminate The STAR Project was formed to bring change to the lives of animals who are at risk for unnecessary euthanasia, have suffered abuse and neglect, deemed special needs, rapidly deteriorating in the shelter, or facing breed discrimination.
