Friends International's mission is to build a future where all children are safe from all forms of abuse are able to become functional, productive citizens of their countries and contribute to a more peaceful, equitable and sustainable world. Friends International is a social enterprise that:• protects urban children and youth from all forms of abuse • reintegrates marginalized children and youth so they become actively involved in the development of their communities• prevents marginalized urban children and youth from engaging in risky behavior • improves the way organizations work by promoting innovative and effective approaches in child services• influences all tiers of society to provide supportive environments and adopt positive behavior towards marginalized children
