THE SAM THOMPSON MEMORIAL FOUNDATION IS A PHILANTHROPIC ORGANIZATION FOCUSED ON THE HEALTH, EDUCATION AND WELFARE OF THOSE INVOLVED IN THE HORSE RACING COMMUNITY. THE FOUNDATION HAS SINCE MERGED WITH ANOTHER SIMILAR FOUNDATION AND THEREFORE THERE IS NO ACTIVITY RECORDED FOR THE REPORTING YEAR. ALL NET ASSETS HAVE BEEN TRANSFERED TO THE NEW FOUNDATION AND HAS CEASED OPERATIONS.
