THE RELATIONSHIP AFFILIATION DEFINS THE ORGANIZATION'S MAIN PURPOSE WHICH IS TO DEVELOP AND OPERATE AN AMBULATORY CARE CENTER DEDICATED TO ADVANCING MEDICAL RESEARCH AND EDUCATION AND PROVIDING HEALTH CARE SERVICES.
