TMCLCS is a non-profit, tax exempt, social service organization for Cross Lanes and Tyler Mountain. Tyler Mountain/Cross Lanes Community Services (TMCLCS) is a nonprofit, social service agency dedicated to assisting impoverished Cross Lanes area residents with their basic or emergency needs. While we do provide Dollar Energy and the United Way Emergency Funds to any qualified applicant, our agency funds are used specifically for the residents of Tyler Mountain and Cross Lanes.
