Friends of Children of North Central Florida | FRIENDS OF CHILDREN Christcentered support for foster adoptive and families in need. Bringing HOPE and HELP to foster parents and children in foster care as well as helping brave single moms. Since 2005 Friends of Children of North Central Florida FOC has been raising funds to support foster parents and children in foster care. FOC has built four foster family homes enabling foster families to help more children keep siblings together and assist teens in placement.
