The Twin County Humane Society seeks to enhance the lives of animals in Carroll and Grayson counties The Twin County Humane Society (TCHS) seeks to improve the lives of animals in Carroll and Grayson Counties and the City of Galax, Virginia. TCHS is dedicated primarily to providing spay/neuter assistance, TNVR, and owner support in the form of vaccination, microchipping, emergency veterinary care subsidies, and housing and pet food assistance. TCHS promotes the health and welfare of owned and community animals and strives to reduce the number of animals entering the Galax Carroll Grayson Animal Shelter.
