Rural Animal Rescue Effort (RARE)
Non-profit organization helping animals in rural areas that have been abandoned, neglected or abused by finding them rescue, foster care and/or adopters. To rescue neglected and abandoned animals in the most rural areas of Tennessee, finding fosters and adopters in more populated areas, and to provide spay/neuter assistance for pet owners in the most rural areas to reduce the current extreme overpopulation.
