Ldp Parent Booster Club
The LDP Booster Club: Supporting the growth and spirit of dance in our community!The Leighton Dance Project (LDP) Booster Club is a non-profit volunteer organization that provides a fundraising framework to support and enhance the experience of LDP dancers, their families and our local community. Through communication, coordination, fundraising and community outreach, the club will play a key role in supporting the vision of LDP to stimulate the mind, strengthen the body and inspire the spirit. Through fundraising activities and the support of our volunteers, the LDP Booster Club will provide a financial “boost” to off-set the costs for dance intensives, master classes, unique performance opportunities, costumes, scholarships and senior graduation gifts. Each year we set fundraising goals to support the activities that will enhance the development of our dancers through education, performance and community service. We reach these goals through our concert fundraising efforts and a variety of fundraising activities through the year. We believe that a quality dance program teaches valuable lessons in respect, team building and commitments. It sets the foundation for good work ethics and a heart for enriching the lives of others through performance. Nurtuting the skills of our students will not only create better dancers, but young people destined to become the leaders of tomorrow.
