FILIPINO YOUNG PROFESSIONALS OF HOUSTON FYP Who is FYP Houston. Founded in 2009 the Filipino Young Professionals of Houston is a 501c3 nonprofit organization originally created as an avenue to promote Filipino culture among young professionals and as a means of giving back. Today FYP is a hub through which our diverse community can uplift one another and share the vibrant Filipino culture with the entire region through our dance troupe dragon boat team scholarship and networking and service initiatives. All of this comes together in our signature event the Houston Filipino Street Festival drawing thousands each year.
