THE ORGANIZATION OPERATES A 71-UNIT, RENT-SUBSIDIZED APARTMENT FACILITY FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE AT LEAST 62 YEARS OF AGE, HANDICAPPED OR DISABLED. ALL RESIDENTS MUST MEET DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT INCOME LIMITS, AND ARE OBLIGATED TO PAY ONLY A PERCENTAGE OF THEIR ADJUSTED GROSS INCOME FOR RENT.
