To PROVIDE... scholarships - for health-focused artist development services supporting serious youth artists living the challenges of cognitive exceptionalities - who also thrive specifically in the creative Arts.  To BUILD... an Artist Training facility in our community for underserved serious post high school youth artists who lack funds for private instruction & need a safe, health focused place to sharpen their skills.
