❤️AMIGO HAS GOTTEN HIS FREEDOM RIDE ❤️ Our less than perfect ranch gelding is now defined by his sweet nature and the hope back in his eyes we so wanted for him ! He has been started on enzyme therapy to help him with his knee. Farrier was on standby to balance AMIGO to help him be more comfortable. He has become fast friends with another gelding in quarantine, they are joined at the hip 😊 Both awaiting breakfast, the first at the gate ! Despite the trauma Amigo has been through, his resilience is another example of the many things horses teach us. These lessons are learned “ hands on” picking up the pieces of these broken souls! They give back so much more than they take. AMIGO has been nothing short of AMAZING, and we are so grateful he has been given a chance at a brand new life. He will go on to be a therapy horse to help human kind! He has it in him to continue to be the special horse he has always been.
