The Safely Somewhere Foundation is a nonprofit organization that assists with the cost of assisted living for individuals who are underfunded or uninsured. A Non Profit Foundation created to assist with the cost of assisted living for underfunded individual AT THE HEART OF THE SAFELY SOMEWHERE FOUNDATION, OUR MISSION IS TO ASSIST THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY WITH LOCATING A SAFE LIVING ENVIRONMENT FOR THOSE THAT ARE UNDERFUNDED AND NO LONGER ABLE TO LIVE INDEPENDENTLY. THIS MISSION IS GUIDED BY THE UNDERSTANDING THAT PATIENT ADVOCACY NEEDS TO ENCOMPASS THE FULL SPECTRUM OF CARE WITH FOCUS ON PHYSICAL, FAMILIAL, EMOTIONAL, MENTAL AND FINANCIAL HEALTH. FROM THIS PERSPECTIVE, WE ARE ABLE TO MAXIMIZE THE EFFORTS OF OUR PARTNERS AND GIVE BACK TO THE COMMUNITY TO PROVIDE AN ENVIRONMENT THAT ALLOWS FOR SAFETY, INDEPENDENCE, AND WELL BEING TO LIVE AND FLOUISH.

We assist individuals who can afford the cost of longterm care and those who cannot. We help guide individuals and families through the process of locating evaluating and selecting longterm care facilities. For those individuals who cannot afford it we provide financial assistance with assisted livingrelated costs during the Arizona LongTerm Care System Medicaid or the Veterans Affairs VA Aid and Attendance application processes.
