Protect Minnesota is the only independent, statewide, gun violence prevention organization in Minnesota. Founded in 1991. Protect Minnesota promotes the health and safety of all Minnesotans by preventing gun violence through research, education, advocacy and community investment. Informed by communities throughout Minnesota, Protect Minnesota prevents gun violence through engagement, advocacy, and community led solutions.
