As a 501 (C)(3) organization, it is orglnlzed and operated for the charitable and educational purposes of supporting the Douglas County High School cheerleading program as set forth In Its Articals of Incorporation which are filed with the State of Colorado It will provide this support by fundraising activities as well as sponsorship and voluntary assistance at events.
